This is intended to go on the end of a Bayco NSP-1170 Nightstick Safety Light and act as a traffic wand. Not sure why they don't come with them to begin with. The cone fits nicely over the flashlight end of the light and stays put with a firm friction grip. The LED light illuminates this cone in a very neon yellow fashion. The neon yellow is highly visible during the day or night. It is a MUST have if you have the Bayco NSP-1170 Nightstick Safety Light.

It's a freakin' cone man. It fits and it works. It properly isolates wavelengths of light in the 570–585nm range.

I bought this topper thinking it would help me direct traffic but it is so much more. This topper will almost blind you. It can be seen for miles at night. It has increases my safety perimeter exponentially.
