The Nimaware kit comes with scented candle sand and a bag of waxed wicks that you have to dig out of the candle sand. The candle sand works as expected. You pour the candle sand into any flameproof container, insert the wick, trim the wick, and light your new candle. It is as simple as that. The thing that I did not like about this candle sand is that it claims it has a soothing scent, but I found the scent overwhelming to the point that it gave me a headache while working with the wax. If you like a strong floral perfume scented candle, then this is the candle sand for you.

This is so great and smells so nice too. It's essentially an all-in-one kit since it comes with the wicks as well. To use it in the tea light that I showed I cut one of the wicks in half and it burned for about 20 minutes. When opening, I suggest opening over a sink or trash as a lot fell out as I slid it open the first time.

I have not seen anything like this before but I love it! The pearls smell amazing! The instructions explain perfectly how to use the product. It comes with wicks ! Great for DIY candle making! Highly recommend!

My wife absolutely LOVED the idea of candle beads and wanted them forever.The only downside of this is they are scented, and no where does it say what the scent actually is. I cannot place it beyond slightly floral. Not bad, but surprised. It doesn't say scentless, so that was my bad for not looking closer. that being said, it is super fun to play with.

This pearlized candle set provides a unique product that offers so many creative possibilities! The kit is elegantly packaged but use caution when opening! The material is loose inside the tube, and can easily spill. The scent is not common; it has a rich, subtle, aroma that is appealing without being overdone. I like that the “pearls” are composed of organic materials and the convenience they offer for quick candle making. The only negative this product had for me is the length of the wicks. The wicks included are very short and seem to burn rapidly. I have been experimenting with homemade cotton wicks,which have a longer burn time. Overall, I am pleased with the nice quality, versatility and beautiful look offered with this product..4 stars are well deserved. 💫

This is something new with candles that I came across and I am all about safety, so just found this sand with candles as a different way to try candle making. I am still on the fence but I do like how easy the flame goes out. It is very different and interesting to say the least.

Overall I like this. The pearls of wax let you make any glass container or similar into a DIY candle that can easily be refilled, or just moved to a different container when the mood strikes. I have not tried this before and the idea is definitely growing on me.The smell is very pleasant, though not exactly overpowering (good), but also not exactly room-filling either (up to your preference).The wicks are easy to slide in and get lit, though in my first few tries, they burned down / melted the wax enough to where they were drowning themselves a bit. Probably down to some practice on just the right height. So far they are also holding up well to repeated uses; not single-use at all like the instructions vaguely suggest (not sure how that would works as they wind up bound to the pool of wax they create). You're relying on that reusability too since you'd have to remove that pool of solid wax to reseat a new wick.My only complaint as another reviewer mentioned is the packaging. It is not crystal clear which way is up (I guess there is an arrow but it is a little too stylized to be blatantly obvious, so it is a little too easy to open this the wrong way and have the pearls start to spill out.So, overall, if you are looking for a custom and configurable candle you can put in anything (without going to all the fuss of actually meting and pouring your own solid candle), this represents a very neat idea. Great for yourself or as a gift!
