its a magnetic carabiner clip. somewhat bulky with the magnetic clasp, but can work if you have normal men's pockets. Seperating the two clips is easy to do with and without gloves. I don't know how long the plastics will last, but it has worked for a few years now. Keyrings on both sides are not that large, but can be replaced with larger if needed.Works as intended as a quick-release mechanism. No other complaints. Buy if needed.

I needed a lanyard solution for my phone: strong enough to keep it on my lanyard even if it gets snagged but still an easy quick disconnect. I tried several different clip solutions with varying degrees of success.Then I thought about magnets! I tried a few magnetic quick-disconnect keychains, it none of them were strong enough. I tried a different NiteIze one, and it worked really great! But, it was really big.When I saw this one, I knew I had to get it. It's small enough not to get in the way yet strong enough to hold onto my phone through some pretty strong pulls and snags. It takes a tremendous amount of pulling to get it to disconnect if you don't use the little tabs to twist it. But of you do use those tabs, it comes apart super easy! Even my poor arthritis hands on a bad day can pop it open with ease.Bottom line, if you need a magnetic keychain that will only come apart when you want it to, this is the one you need.

This is well made and does a great job staying linked. It is also easy to get apart. But, it is BULKY. As someone who loves to assemble EDC keychains, this is too big around to be a good addition to an in-pockey accessory.

Got this for my husband and he loves the magnetic. Says it has a strong hold so the keys never fall off. I was a bit nervous about the idea at 1st but it's easy to use, perfect size to hold his keys, and overall a good value.

El llavero es bastante seguro, no se une solo por los imanes, se acopla con una base de plástico en ambos lados por lo que incluso con los guantes de moto se pueden usar
