This product is advertised as an electric can opener. It’s NOT. It is operated by 2 AA batteries. Has no power. I attempted to return it for a refund. Amazon did give me a complete refund and said that I didn’t need to return it. I could keep it and get the refund also. That was nice of Amazon but the opener is pretty much worthless. It’s of no value to anyone for opening cans. Much to weak in power. So I threw the opener in the trashcan.

Never did in the number of times I hoped it would actually work. Doesn’t work broken only not sure how to send back Not fit for purpose.

Oh my god! It's not as good as advertised. I tried three times and only managed to open one bottle successfully. This is too unfriendly for patients with arthritis in their hands!

This is a nice looking product and delivered promptly. That's where the pros end. The cons are that while it fits nicely on the cans, it doesn't work. The opener started easily, but just skipped around the lid. It did not cut the lid open at all and did not shut off automatically. We contacted Amazon and requested a return/refund which they responded to immediately. So, bottom line is I would suggest looking at other brands.

It doesn’t work!! Family members tried also, it just would not open the cans!
