This product I originally intended to use for reverse hypers like its advertised for. But, also had an added bonus of being great for crunches gives your feet a solid place to lock it in. The product is really well made and comes with extra parts if needed, the padding is commercial gym quality. For the reverse hypers I used my Rogue Cushion since we have concrete floors, but worked great - now I just have to get more reps in so i’m capable of having strength to use it more often!

Great addition to my rack. It can be used for various workouts. It fits well and easy to store.

I want to like this product more than I do. It works fine, but takes an eternity to screw into place and as others have noted it is not as long as advertised (roughly 18.5-19" in reality). I have no doubt it is sturdy enough for Nordic hamstring curls, but I could not position it that far down on my rack so I use it for Bulgarian split squats. Overall I'm happy to use it, but they really need to implement a better way to mount this to your rack and fix the product description with accurate measurements.

I've been using the Vatemechie Nordic Hamstring Curl attachment for about a month now, and this was my first time trying a dedicated hamstring curl attachment. Installation was straight forward and the quick-connect carabiner made setup simple, and I didn’t need any tools, which was a nice plus. Also it was a good thing that it was since there were no instructions included.I mainly use it for Nordic hamstring curls and resistance band exercises, and there’s no wobbling or shifting. The foam padding adds a decent level of comfort. Stability was another big factor for me. I tested it on my 2x2 power rack, it fits well, and it stayed solid even during more intense movements. Overall, this has been a great addition to my rack and my training routine. If you’re looking for a simple, effective way to enhance your leg workouts, it’s definitely worth checking out.

The amazon description page bottom image shows the roller size as being 31.5 inches long. Which it is not even close to the length. Maybe they mean centimeters? The amazon description page gives the rack size as inches but the roller I got was less then 20 inches long. I immediately sent it back.

I have a name brand rack with 5/8 holes, and this does fit, but I actually used a little bit of masking tape on the bolt to make it a bit more snug. But once it's on there, it feels very secure. Very little flex and essentially no movement when doing weighted barbell lunges. That's mainly what I got it for - so that I could do heavier barbell lunges in my rack with safeties. It works great and I like it a lot.My only minor "gripe" if you'd call it that is that I have to unscrew it everything I want to uninstall it. Really not a bit deal - it's easy to do and is quick enough. But not quite as convenient and like a hitch-pin style.Other than that, it's worth it. It's well made, the cushion is comfortable and plenty thick, and it just plain works.

Good overall, just a star off for careless packaging, and for beginners, no instructions. Dead simple to put on, just would be nice to have recommended movements and heights for them. My first use was putting on inside of my 3x3, 1" hole rack for Bulgarian Split Squats. Works well, and at one of the lower points I can go, what with a battle rope attackment on my rack, it's about 0.5inches or 1 inch max less than a standard bench height. If you don't have accessories bolted on, should go lower if you need. Also tried for one leg as a lat pulldown leg lock, and it worked fine, just the material outside isn't as premium as others on market. Not a bad option and I can recommend for it's ease of use.

No instructions (I just want to know where they expect me to put the washers), the quality of the foam on the outside leaves a lot to be desired... and there is no quick way to put this on and off your rack, you have to screw it in each time.... if you are leaving it as a permanent fixture, maybe it's fine.
