Impressed, high quality and has extra long , thick straps. As a follow up I no longer use these as I injured my shoulders. It took over a year before I could do any upper body work outs again and I still have to be careful and limited to certain ranges of motion. I stopped as soon as I felt pain during recovery from the exercising that wasn’t normal muscle soreness but for 8 months I couldn’t sleep well or pick up dinner plate without pain. There are a lot of YouTube videos with rings exercises out there but sure you actually know what you are doing as you can really put a lot of stress on the rotator cuff and injure yourself.

These were easy to put up and so far are working perfectly. The directions were easy to follow on how to put them up, everything seems of good quality, the rings are comfortable and I’m enjoying using them to get started getting back into shape. I’m also happy with the quality to price ratio and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg but I feel like I got what I paid for

My main reason for buying the rings was to create my own attachments between the rings, and one of the connecting points on my Lat tower, in order to target the muscles in my upper back. I gave it 5 stars in that the rings are doing what I need them to do, despite the fact I’m not using the straps, or the well written instruction guide, to use them as advertised. I love the fact that Nordic Lifting went out of their way to list the load capacities for both the rings, and the straps. I’m also giving Nordic Lifting a nice pat on the back because they reach out to their customers to ensure satisfaction. They also lay out an easy path to reach them should concerns be raised about their products. As a final point, I’m able to get a comfortable grip on the rings with my small hands. Thank you Nordic Lifting!

Firstly, it is always awesome when the company you buy from wants to know what you thought and if you're happy with the product and buying experience.Secondly, it's great to get interested and personal responses. The product itself is top quality. Good strong design, easy assembly, clear, minimalist (in that they have the perfect amount of detail, and no more) instructions.I bought these for my gymnast son, but my wife and daughter are into crossfit and they will no doubt use them too. Guess I'll have to follow suit and work on my pull-ups!I'm very happy with this purchase, and will look to Nordic first for any related purchases in the future.

This is my first pair of Gymnastic Rings and I love them. They are sturdier than I expected and only took a few minutes to set up. The photograph shows buckles made of sturdy plastic but what I received was even made of much sturdier stuff, all metal. I was able to hang these in only a few minutes and use them immediately. Great product.

great pair of rings. I use them outside so using plastic rings instead of wood works for me. These are easy to grip. my only complaint is that the strap is too heavy-duty and that makes it difficult to change the strap length easily. The nylon webbing is maybe 2" wide -- looks strong enough to hold a truck.... total overkill. Still, I recommend them!

I got these yesterday and have already tried them out a few times. The first time I set them up, the strap kept slipping through the clamp every time I put weight on it. Once I fed the strap through the clamp in the CORRECT direction there was so slipping. After setting them up I looked at the directions in the box, would have saved a couple minutes had I read these first, but it was pretty easy to figure out. I have mine hanging on a door frame pull up bar but the straps are long enough that they would be great for something taller. The rings and straps seem really sturdy and they came with a nice carry bag. Overall very happy with this purchase.

High quality rings with very strong straps. I am impressed with the quality. The straps absolutely do not slip even under full adult weight. The buckles are well made and heavy duty with good holding power. The feel of the texturing on the rings is fantastic: grippy enough to prevent your hands from slipping, but smooth enough to prevent chafing or pinching. The only negative I have found is that the straps are a bit too long when I connect them to a pull-up bar or other low anchor point, and I have to fold them up to get them out of the way. Fortunately, the straps have an included Velcro-style retainer that can be wrapped around the excess to keep it up and out of the way.
