The box with the nutcracker in it was sent in just a white Amazon plastic bag. No packing! Nothing protecting it. It was crushed. The cute charms balloons were snapped off and laying in the bottom of the box. The ear was smushed flat not sticking out cute like it's supposed to be. And the bubble gum in the Elf's mouth was broke right off. Finally the collar that's supposed to be just a cute Brown band around the neck was glued on backwards or something. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
