This is easy to assemble and lightweight. Shoes and sneakers fit easily on the 2 shelves and sandals fit underneath the lowest shelf. Each shelf holds 3 pairs of adult shoes. Our closet went from clutter to organization in the time that it took to assemble the racks and place the shoes on them.We are purchasing 2 more racks for another closet.

This is the second time ordering this product. Very sturdy, easy to stack. The price makes this a wonderful purchase. I use these stacked in my sewing room to hold Sterlite storage containers with sewing supplies. Would also make good book shelves.

This lightweight bamboo shoe rack, praised by NYT Wirecutter, was the perfect size for my closet, so I ordered one. When I started to assemble it, however, I noticed that the instructions stated that it's best assembled by TWO people. They were not kidding. Since no one was available to help me, I had to assemble it by myself, which took some time. I found it difficult to try to position and hold the parts that needed to be screwed together, and the small tool they provided to tighten the screws only tightened them so far. Although the assembled unit feels a bit wobbly, it does fit nicely into the closet, and it accommodates 8 pairs of women's shoes, with room for more underneath.

I love this shoe rack so much! I bought it for my dorm in college, and it is one of the best investments I have ever made! The material of the wood itself is pretty sturdy and holds up well. The instructions were very easy to follow and ended building this in less than 10 minutes. It is also small enough to fit into corners while still having a large amount of storage space to work with!!

This beautiful bamboo shoe rack is an exact fit for our space and makes the area look much neater. It’s made so another one of the same racks could be stacked on top using well made little pegs that came with the rack. That would give you double the space for shoes.

This rack is quite easy to assemble, if you have even the most rudimentary skills (especially if you've ever built anything from IKEA). I liked the first one I bought so much I bought a second to stack on top of the first. The dowels that allow for stacking worked perfectly. Very nice solution.

This was very easy to build and comes with all the parts/tools needed to build. You just need to be careful when screwing in the screws that you get them lined up perfectly or you may get some splintering. It's nicely stained and unobtrusive looking! My only regret is that it's not quite wide enough fit exactly four pairs of shoes (me and my roommate are both females and don't have enormously large shoes) and it's fairly close to the ground so you can just barely squeeze a few pairs of flats under the bottom rack. However, it does look very nice and is quite sturdy, so it's a great option for the price!
