Installed with no problems after a seamless purchase and delivery. So far works great at 1/4 the cost of OEM starters. If it holds up to the daily on-the-farm use of this Rancher, well worth the money!

As always, the hardest part is getting to the part. But lots of good videos on how to remove the air box. Once that was out it took about 15 minutes to swap out the old, bad starter. Price was so low I almost didn't buy it. But, my 2013 Honda TRX420FPA now starts like a champ. And, with the money I saved I can afford to change this 4 more times before I reach the cost of the Honda Replacement.

This starter motor was about $60 less than the MC shop unit which was also not an OEM item. This fit perfectly and seems to do the job as well as the original on my Rancher 420. Time will tell as the original lasted 9 years. Installation complexity is not due to this unit but the air box has to be removed to get better access to motor. Remember battery ground attaches to starter mount bolt.
