These locks have a great concept, but they suck. I had them about 2 weeks and , the latch that locks got stuck on my bike I could not get it off, I had to cut the locks off 2 of them in the same day.I do not recommend this at all. Manufacturers need to test their products better before they put it out.

I am unable to reset combination. I have had several friends attempt to as well. No one has been able to.

I like the idea of this lock, but, it is very heavy. A little finicky setting the code, but that's OK once set. I was afraid that the blue end of the devise was plastic (by looking at the pics) but no, it is steel. I'm sure that this lock will stop all of the low life bike thieves, except a pro with a grinder. It fits nicely in the bottom of my frame bag.

I had a lock like this before, but it came with a key and movement with my bike let the neighborhood know about it the first few beeps that people close to it know that it was being messed with. If you continued the whole neighborhood could hear it go off. I was worried I knew you couldn’t lock it with a set, but I knew if I took a lighter to a card I could take off the other one even though it was very strong and you couldn’t go more than a foot if it was on this new one has no key spot so I know it can’t be picked anyway with along with the smash saw protection it’s very sturdy I have had a few problems once twice because my phone didn’t connect to it to do but I also had to do was turn off and on my Bluetooth for A to reconnect. It’s not as loud as my old one not to anyone pay attention nowadays anyways it’s a quick solution for getting off my bike if I’m just running to get something and I trust it more than my lock, I have tested this once on accident forgot it was on my bike. Didn’t take any damage needed to my bike or the lock, but it was clear I wasn’t going anywhere and it did beep but it’s not sensitive as my old one my old one just touching my bike would sell off , this one I can shake my bike hard and it won’t always go off as you may know it’s best a Used with a ring break, but you can put it on the spokes of a regular bike and it will work similar. I would just be careful to make sure it isn’t inside the spokes because it it might go off, but I don’t know if it will stop the bike. I always say it’s best to have more than one lock but like I was saying this one is perfect for my bike which is a ring break is also for my scooter. I’m sure it would work for a motorcycle or a bike that has a ring

I have a stock 2010 Honda Elite 110 scooter. I use this to secure my scooter from time to time. It fit just fine. You use the app to arm and disarm it. I have no cons and recommend. Of course this is probably a Level 3 security so it's not stopping an experienced and determined thief.
