This was a pretty good fit for my Holosun HE507K-GR X2. This was helped by the fact that there is no "back" on the small part by the solar cell so it didn't hit the slide. The curved cutout on the bottom of the "front" did hit the slide slightly since it is mounted in a cutout. But squaring up the cutout at the sides took care of that. The sides have just a small amount of inward curve that serves well to keep the cover in place and lets it come off easily when you take it out of the safe. And it's not like you would ever carry it with the cover on so it doesn't need to be super firm. But personally, I would have liked it to be just a bit tighter and require a more definite tug to pull it off. Moving around in a range bag, the cover will come off as it rubs against nearby items.

Soft synthetic rubber, fits my Holosun SCS-PDP sight perfectly, won't be shaken off. Sides are 2.0 mm thick; front optic cover and over the solar cell is 1.6 mm thick.
