The photo of the unit shows a collar to adapt a 1" ID threaded quill to a 1" thread-less. This item was missing. I had to fabricate one (two actually because trike).

Item didn't come with shim (sleeve adapter). Very disappointed. I will report this as false advertisement to the BBB.
