First: on the Warranty Service agreement included with trees it states, "warranty is valid only when product is used under normal conditions and does not cover damage caused by ...excessive exposure to sunlight or humid environments". They are literally advertised for outdoor usage, an excerpt from the website, "also ensures the tree withstands outdoor elements without compromising its vibrant look". So which is it? That said I do not believe the trees will hold up against the high winds of Texas, due to the construction of the branches that simple plug into a plastic nub.Second, there's some assembly, and that means about 30 to 40 minutes due to fluffing out of branches. If you don't do this part carefully your tree will not look right, and you've wasted your money. They advise you spread branches at a 45 degree angle, but that turned out to be a bit too much. The tree is also over balanced for the small pot that comes with. You will need a bigger planter or place it in the ground. There are very detailed instructions and they are in grammatical English. So easy to understand. These trees would make an excellent gift to a yard proud friend or family. If a fur tree is not your favorite click on the Seller's link to see more tree options.

There was a time in my adult life when I realized I needed cute little topiary trees. Well, they could be skinny and tall or a squat square, or a ball on a trunk, I would like any of them. I have never really gone out to look for some because I do 95% of my shopping online, but I had always been curious how real they looked. I have seen some that look like they are made of Legos (which would be really cool). Some look similar to the scrawny, three-foot Xmas tree that sits on the floor, year-round in front of a wall of cases of questionable Miller Lite, with one lone piece of silver garland hanging on for dear life, at the seedy liquor store down the street. It's hard to know where to put your money these days and actually get good quality products. I doubt anyone who buys these cedar trees would be disappointed. You get what you pay for and it’s a good thing. When the box arrived, I was a bit confused how they fit, as the box was smaller than I expected. Don’t worry! When I opened it, the assembly was very easy. There is a base with the bottom of the tree and the other piece is the top part of the tree. No tools are needed; you can push them together. There are also stickers that show you how to align the sections. On to the branches! There are instructions I urge you to read on how to properly arrange your leaves and branches. Yes. The green part of a cedar tree are called leaves. Crazy, huh?! Once you take time and carefully arrange your greenery, you can decide where you would like to display them. The part that impressed me the most was the attention to detail on the trunk. It’s a little busy, but they almost nailed the bark…of a birch tree, hahaha! This is NOT the bark/trunk of a cedar tree. The color isn’t even close. However, they messed up and went for it. They went the distance and made passable bark that would fool most people without knowledge of cedar trees. As for the leaves, I am so happy they chose to add depth and realism by adding two different shades of green to represent growth and conditions. They look like real healthy trees. You could keep them in the “pots” they are in, but visually, they are too small. The pots are filled with a heavy plaster. They certainly have weight to them, but the trees wouldn’t withstand heavy winds. The past few days, my area had winds 25-50mph. Once they laid down, they were staying there. I have plans to put them in larger pots once I figure out what to fill the void with. Included in the box were two baggies with a moss type of substrate. I think it is for disguising the top of the pot if you use it indoors.

You can’t deny the convenience and evergreen goodness of faux and these potted shrubs do it right! This petite pair looks pruned and ready for action. The assembly is super quick, but do take some time with the fluffing. These are packed so tightly that they need some sprucing up before displaying. Stick with it and the results will be worth it! The branches are quite sturdy so however you decide to angle them, they’ll hold their shape nicely. The boughs are full and lush so you don’t end up with a sparse or patchy result. The pots that they’re set in are on the smaller side, so they’ll easily slip into whatever decorative planter of your choosing. I got these for year round porch greenery, but these will definitely be strung up with lights come the holiday season! I’m super pleased with this potted pair and think they’re excellent for the price!

Not very life like or natural looking. I am disappointed, but it seems too much work to return.

I like the look of the trees overall. There are lots and lots of branch tips making the trees full. The varied green colors add some realism to the trees. The weighted bottom is great to prevent tipping.Super easy assembly! There are only 2 pieces per tree as well as some green moss to put around the top of the pot. The "fluffing" does take some time because of the multitude of branches. I fluffed one tree to compare it with the other one right out of the box. I do need to spend some more time shaping the tree!I found the trees to be well made. The material is heavy-duty but be aware the tree branches and leaves are entirely made of plastic. I did find a few scattered branches with missing pieces ...just a bare plastic "stem" but this shouldn't be a big problem because of how thick the trees are made overall.I think the price is very good for the 2 faux trees. I would recommend them to a friend!

Our church is hosting a vacation Bible school that has an Alaskan outdoors theme, and these artificial shrubs fit perfectly into our aesthetic. My wife was the one who actually worked with the trees, and she said they were great trees. She said they were weighted and had a good feel to the limbs. The branches are full (not sparse) and they look very realistic. They're a great value for a great looking artificial shrub.
