Very easy to install and I am very impressed with the quality of both the rings and the straps. The wood comes with some sandpaper to buff out any rough spots but the rings were totally smooth and didn’t need any sanding. All the straps are very sturdy and well made. I have complete confidence in their ability to hold up nearly any amount of weight. The length of the straps are easy to adjust and they are comfortable to use, which as when using the foot straps for TRX style workouts. It can be adapted for use on a door but we put ours in the attic so it can be up full time.

Nice set, definitely need to have access to an area that has a pretty high bar to use. The length is great because you have multiple chooses of range. Straps are good, rings don't feel that durable. Not hard to set up.

We've had a number of rings for our home gym, and these are the best so far. I love how the straps adjust to specific spots on the straps, where most have a sliding mechanism that requires a couple of adjustments to make them the same length.I also appreciate the flexibility of the carabiner at the end of the strap so they can be hooked to an anchor or looped around a bar.The rings themselves seem to be solid and slightly larger than the ones I use at the gym.Overall, I'm very happy with the "PACEARTH Wooden Gymnastics Rings Set with 8.5ft Numbered Daisy Chains and Quick Carabiners 32mm Thick Wood Gym Rings 1500lbs for Full-Body Workout at Home on Crossfit Calisthenics Strength Training".

The straps are waaaay to long. When installed on a regular door on the shortes possible setting it is still touching the floor. Could be good for outside (like to put on a tree) but not indoors.Quality is nice though, well made and stitched.

These are surprisingly versatile and the price is awesome. So far so good, the wood is a little rough out of the box, but the straps are of a good quality.
