These are great. Been using these for years. If one ever brakes, it's only because a stick or something, off road got it, not because it failed. I think I have like a 8-9 year track record of them holding up between replacements. Needless to say, I always re-buy them when needed. Keep the spare in the glove box where it sits for many years unused haha.

These didn't fit my Chevy P30 "narrow" chassis with accuride wheels but I am keeping them as one of my buddies will need them. These were 180 design and it is too tight of bend. The rear hoses work great and I am going to order the ones with less radius. Great quality ....Also of note: The packaging states to only use with metal valve stems in the wheels...I just had new rubber installed at a Truck shop and they used a short, stout rubber stem and they seem to be working great with the hoses in the rear. I also like the "wire" supports in the rear instead of the push on supports as the wire ones support the hose closer to the end of the hose for better support and less weight to throw off balance.

Th extensions added to Ford dually inside tires and leaked. They were installed but my Ford dealer.

I had a very hard time getting it to seal, I lost 20 lbs just trying to put it on. I would not recommend these.

Worked Great for my application. Used them to allow installation of a dual tire air pressure equalizer system on a motorhome with 22.5 Alcoa wheels. The hex made snugging them much easier. Don’t over tighten them and they work great with no leaks.

These valve stems, while geometrically correct and structurally sufficient, only have a knurled nut for attachment to the existing valve stems. For my truck with dual wheels, it is very difficult to get these extensions installed snugly enough for comfort. When I first purchased I thought the nuts were flat which allows an open ended wrench to be used to get them tight enough to trust. Remember, if these extensions back off at all, air will be slowly released from the tire.

Outstanding service! Very good quality product. The first one I ordered was a 135 degree angle did not quite work for me . I told the company and they immediately sent me the 90 degree valve stem at no charge! It is a perfect fit. Thank you Pacific Dualies You went above my expectations and I am truly thankful.
