Great paddle. I have a SeaEagle inflatable kayak that came with two paddles that were designed with deep grooves in the paddles that scoops up water and dumps it in our kayak. This put an end to that. It's lighter too. I will be buying two more next year.

I purchased this paddle to use with an AE inflatable kayak. I was concerned that this paddle would have some instability when the 4 parts were assembled. That is not the case. When everything is locked in place the paddle is rock solid. My wife has a composit carbon paddle. This AE aluminum paddle is a bit heavier than my wife's expensive paddle but for casual use the lower cost, excellent construction and ease of travel afforded by the ability to disassemble this paddle into 4 short sections makes it an excellent choice.

Solid, light and breaks down to 4 small pieces. Also includes water rings around the shaft to reduce drip to your hands. Good value for me!

The paddles arrived on time, they look great, they assemble easily, but one paddle is missing a set of thee drip stop thingies. Hoping I can get a pair sent right away.

Wonderful emergency kayak paddle. We kayak whitewater in a group of 10-12 and so far 4 of the group have been very happy I carry this with me whenever I'm on the water. Doesn't take much room in my compartment, very easy to assemble and very strong for it's light weight. It's been used for approximately 40 miles of serious water by 4 people and still looks and works like new. Preformed way better than expected. NICE PRODUCT!

I purchased this paddle because it matched my requirements. It still doesn't fit in my inflatable-kayak pack, but I've only used it once since I got the paddle. Perhaps I'll find space for it as I use the kayak more frequently.
