These seem to be the same standard mount bands used for nearly all small bike accessories. They are a perfect replacement for the one I lost. Although they come in a large quantity package, the price is cheap enough that it doesn't matter even if you don't or won't need them all.

I bought a high quality front light for my bike... but the adjustable mount was not quite small enough to fit my handle bar correctly. This meant that the light often slipped. I tried to pack the gap, but the light would still slip and my bike light would illuminate my front tyre rather than the road. Annoying. I used one of these to wrap around the handle bar and then attached the mount over it. Problem solved! No more slipping!

These are not as durable as the name brand, but for the price I am ok if they don't last as long. Also, not as stiff so if you are used to using the name brand one on the first hook, you will want to use the second hook.

If you get frustrated because your rubber bands for your CatEye headlights keep breaking, then this is the product for you. Nothing like keeping a good supply of rubber band mounts for your CatEye. Just don’t lose the black plastic hook. Those are hard to find.

These are very good and I feel confident they won’t break easily. I’ve had a couple on for a while and they are still as firm as new. The pricing is a bit much for what they are. If good alternatives emerge, I would look at those solely because of the price.

The idea behind this purchase was to use my bicycle headlights for a new mountain bike purchase. My previous bike had 31.8 mm handlebars, but my new bike has 35.0 mm handlebars. The existing silicone bands that came with the bike lights felt like they were stretched to the limits. I purchase these with the hopes of adapting the lights to the larger handlebars.Upon arrival I noticed immediately that these silicone bands are nowhere near as robust as the ones that typically accompany bike lights, or other silicone bands I have purchased in the past. These new bands actually had the feel of regular office rubber bands. Even with the multiple features that allows adjustability, I could not find the position that would secure the lights firmly. They were either way too tight (one appears to have started to tear), or too loose. I also felt that these would break more easily.One additional issue with this purchase is either an incorrect description, or I was sent the wrong item. The ad states the purchase is for 20 silicone bands, but I only received 10.
