Ok, first off, what the other reviews say is right. The value/usability is high, but the elastic is pretty stretchy, not exactly something you want on a 35lb carrier. However, I found the application where this is not only useable, but I'd say "preferable". If you have a "lightweight" or "minimalist" carrier, these see much benefit from an elastic cummerbund. Why? Due to their minimal nature, padding and comfort are reduced or eliminated, so having the ability for your carrier to move, even slightly, makes the whole unit much more comfortable. Second, also due to the minimal nature, you're not going to be hanging a ton of gear off your carrier, so the primary disadvantage of elastic (not being able to support weight) is quite mitigated. Also, these minimalist carriers benefit the most from the quick donning/doffing that the tubes provide.In short, if you have a "heavy" carrier (say like an APC, or something like that) This could work.. for a while. But, if you have one of the lightweight or minimalist carriers, this will likely give you years of service, even if used for "real steel" applications.

Ok, so this is arisoft quality, but I knew that when I ordered it. Because I only use gear for airsofting. That said, if your trying to be an operator then this probably isn't for you. But if your into milsims or pickup games this will work. The OD color is on parr with what I call China OD, which is lighter that real OD. Sizing is accurate and it functions as intended. Only time will tell how durable it is, I expect it to last some time airsofting though.

This works very well, providing quick disconnect / tube functionality to traditional hook and loop closure carriers. The length is good, and the connect / disconnect functionality is smooth. It seems pretty solidly made and even the mag pouches work well. For the mag pouches, you’ll probably find that 30 rds is too long. 15 rds seems a better length for me.My one gripe is that the color, listed as “army greed” is most definitely an OD green rather than a ranger green. Not a bad thing, but just be aware.

This works great!! The side pouches work well too the retention is okay, if you do a bit much some things may pop out so you do need to secure them with paracord. Quick release works very well and is pretty solid. This is works on most plate carriers. Good green color.

I’ll make it short and sweet. Its as simple as a CB gets. And it works. Mag pouches are for .223/5.56 magsPro:Quick detachSimpleCon:1) Very elastic, will flex a-lot under load, maybe good for a big guy needs a little give in the chest. Or for air-soft kids.2) It feels a little dainty in size, for lack of a better term. Stock Cb in my plate carrier is 8 inches wide, this one is 6 inches and thinner material.3) Mag pouches are elastic pouches with nothing to secure the mag in place. Magazines would be falling out everywhere!HOWEVER… I found a great use for it. I used it like a big rubber band to keep my plate carrier and straps all bundled up nicely. Now i can fit it at the bottom my gun safe like a little tactical burrito, all ready to go! No joke, It’s kind of perfect and now it’s a backup in case something breaks.

I wanted to replace my non quick release stock cummerbund on my plate carrier with a quick release cummerbund. This cummerbund was exactly what I wanted. It's easy to install and elastic was perfect. Firm enough to keep the plate carrier from moving around with just enough give to not feel too tight. Best of all the quick release works great. Just grab the pull cable and quickly pull down or up to disconnect. Once locked in place, there's no movement in the quick release and it feels solid.

I got this for a buddy to upgrade from his stock cummerbund. His stock one was the same elastic style of this cummerbund, but did not have any QD buckles. The finish on these buckles are not nearly as smooth as first spear tubes and does not feel as tough as one would expect. Regardless, it functions the exact same way for a fraction of the price.This is a great cummerbund for a super budget carrier, but I would not personally ever buy one of these. I like my gear to be higher quality and I don't like a lot of elastic on my cummerbund since it is not great at load bearing. Can only recommend these if you want an extremely basic cummerbund with QD buckles. There is a ton of value at this price point.

Put these on my plate carrier and it's much easier to get on and off.
