I got this paper towel dispenser to use in my business and it has not disappointed me. While it is made of plastic it is sturdy enough to get everyday use and survive. It does not lock but there is a button on the top to gain access for refill. I like the gold color and they easy way it mounts to the wall. If you are looking for something other than the traditional industrial look, this is the dispenser for you.

I absolutely love this paper towel dispenser! The gold finish is elegant and blends perfectly with my home decor, offering a muted metallic look that’s classy without looking cheap. Now, the adhesive installation option is a big game-changer – it allowed me to test it out without needing to commit to permanent screws (though it’s nice to have that as a backup for a more secure install down the line). Reloading the dispenser is a breeze as long as you use the correctly sized towels, and it’s so much more hygienic than using a damp, shared towel that somehow never seems to dry. I got this paper towel dispenser to hang on the side of the kitchen cabinet to give me more counter space. My regular paper towel holder was always in the way because I don't have that much counter real estate. So this works out as a great solution. This holder fit well in the space available on the end side of the cabinet. I didn't drill it in, but instead used the other option it came with for attachment, which was a sticky tab with a no drill screw to hold on it. The dispenser itself isn't real heavy, and is just made of a plastic. It's not real thick, so hoping it holds up. Be sure that you buy the proper size paper towels. I got the ones that were 9.2 inches in width, and that fits just exactly right. Anything wider will not fit. It would be nice if it didn't have to have the brand name printed on the front of it. I will most likely cover it up with a sticker of some design.

We installed this for our bathroom at work. It mounted very easily and works great! The only downside so far is that it is hard to open to add towels. You have to push a button from the top that is hard to push. Hopefully that gets easier as time goes on.

I ordered for standard c-fold paper towels and they didn't fit. The construction is rather cheap plastic as well.
