Custom fit, exactly.Remove the trim piece on the mirror side including the spacer, (4 screws total) and drop it in the slot from the top straight in.I spent way to much time trying to jack it in sideways and this will never work. 15 minute job with the right tools including searching for the stupid retaining clip for the window crank after you drop it on the driveway. Tiny little thing.
