Keypad not functional. Amazon ordered replacement. Amazon was unable to deliver the replacement. Very Disappointed!

Purchased for my 9 year old grandson. Perfect to keep his precious belongings as little cousins now cannot access his things. My grandson was thrilled! His dad, my son, helped him set the combination and is keeping the key in his possession. Good idea to involve the parent(s) with setting up the combination depending on the age of the child. (Instructions for combination is included.)

Product just came today n the paint is chipping off already! While checking it out, I slid my fingers across the top n it was so sharp it cut me! Also, it says 4 AA batteries are included. No. They didn't include any batteries! This is frustrating to say the least. I hope the seller remedies this somehow. Please advise.

works as described. was able to easily program a code for each kid and their safe. i kept the keys in case the battery dies or they forget the password. i couple of issues i have with the design though.1. if you just let the safe sit on a desk, not installed with screws, the weight is off balanced if you open the doors. i had to put a 5 lbs weight inside to offset it or when the kids open their safe it tips forward.2. the bottom should have rubber feet. some of the metal is not totally smooth and would scratch the dresser it was sitting on so i put a towel to avoid it safe from scratching.i can purchase feet for the safe that isn't a big issue but the weight of the door is too heavy and you'll need to put counter weight in the safe or drill holes and install it from tipping over when opening the safe. for those 2 reasons i minus 1 star.

I bought this for a road trip. The size is just right. I had some trouble opening the door since it was heavy and hard to grip before it slammed shut.But.. I came up with an answer to solve that. I got a command strip (shone) and put it on the front so I could easily work with it. It's now in my closet so no further tweaks on anything.

This little safe is awesome and adorable for my 8 yr old nephew!! I was super impressed with everything about it. Great value, not heavy at all for little ones, lock system works wonderful after you get past the use of the emergency key - stuck a little bit but no big deal. Very sturdy!!
