The USB Bluetooth adapter got stuck in my PC. The controller randomly drops. The connection distance is about 8ft max. The controller doesn't connect wired. Finally, the instruction are a joke, so good luck solving any problems with the controller you may have.

This is a sweet controller. I can not get it to connect to my switch very easily, and if it is not connected with a charge cord it disconnects. I’m trying to figure this problem out, because the lights and color options are really really cool

Great remote but the remote and dongle can’t get too far away from each other. If so, remote acts up and doesn’t work or does random actions.

It works just fine. It links right up to my acer nitro V 15 . I am going to use it. It works well, the wight seems very light, almost to light, but I like that it's fully operational. 👌. Not a bad product. Great find for 15-18$

The USB for the wireless connection somehow got stuck in my laptop, and cuz i dont have money to repair it i basiclly had to break it apart to get it out of my laptop, which conpletely changed any good opinion I had of this controller. ALSO the purple color is pink for some reason. Yes that was a big deal to me

This is an almost perfect controller with a single major drawback and 2 smaller ones. The small issue first is that both wired and wirelessly this tops out at 250hrz poling rate which isn't bad but wired you'd hope for a little more. Even at it's slowest on dongle the connection is 150hrz which gives you a relatively low delay enough for most games outside CDL level competition needs. Aside from those two minor delay related issues the major issue here holding us back is the stick accuracy. They boast NO DEADZONE and in fact have no deadzone BUT there is an anchoring effect going on with the sticks that magnetizes them to up down left and right directions meaning when you pass over those directions while making a circle the stick will STICK to those and stop responding or a fraction of a second then continue to obey your inputs. This results it in being IMPOSSIBLE to draw a perfect circle while spinning the sticks gently and you will always end up with a diamond shaped pattern. This means tracking targets in games is a challenge since you can't adapt to sticks not responding and leave you with a jerky halting aim that ends up being similar in feel to having a built in deadzone for long range shots. If not for this issue I'd say it's perfect. The paddles on the back are the best I've EVER felt on any controller and overall the button feel and ergonomics are fantastic with a dazzling light show of LEDs to boot. All low end controller manufacturers are using the same sticks it seems because most of them have this anchoring issue with cardinal directions that renders them useless but out of all of them I've tested so far this one performed the best and the amount of time it sticks on those was the shortest and most manageable. OVERALL I give this controller a B+ as I was able to play relatively well in game and it feels good to play with but I'm frustrated we couldn't get smooth sticks and give this one a perfect score.
