LOCK IN THE CONNECTOR BEFORE INSERTING THE WIRE
Put the connector inside the dies and squeeze the handles until you hear the first ratchet click. Now as the connector is securely fixed you can insert the wire and perform the strongest crimps.

ADJUSTABLE COMPRESSION
You can set the perfect compression adjustment for your connectors by rotating the adjustable wheel. Remove the screw, rotate the wheel clockwise or counter-clockwise to add or reduce crimping force.

QUICK RELEASE TRIGGER
The ratcheting mechanism completes crimps in full cycles. If you want to cancel the crimp and open the tool mid-cycle, slightly squeeze the handles and pull the quick release trigger in between them.

J'avais une pince convenant pour les Molex KK au pas de 2,5 mm mais inadaptée aux JST PH au pas de 2 mm. Cette nouvelle pince est très précise, avec très peu de jeu entre les mâchoires, et le connecteur ne reflue pas dans les interstices. Prix sans commune mesure avec la pince JST officielle.

They spent a lot of time on the out-of-the-box experience and appearances. Includes a matrix that shows connector compatibility. It would've been nice if the box were double the size to allow storing other connectors. It also would've been ideal if the box were transparent.

I just received this crimper and have only crimped a few pins. I am so happy and excited by this crimper I just had to write a review. The crimps are perfect. I have been looking for an affordable general crimper for small pins for 15 years. I have bought many and have been disappointed. This one is wonderful. The first pin I tried to crimp was a JST GH 1.25mm pitch pin. Anyone who has tried to crimp these pins know just how difficulted it is to get a decent crimp. I own the JST $1100 crimper that only crimps the GH pins. Even with that tool it is not easy to get a good crimp. This PEBA 1020M made a perfect crimp on my first try. The picture of blue wire is a JST GH pin and was my first attempt using this crimping tool and it was perfect.I purchased the tool specifically to crimp JST ZH 1.5mm pins and it does a perfect job with those also. See the pictures with the red wires.The channels are deep, the pin stays aligned as it is crimped, and it crimps both the wire and insulation at the same time.Thanks for making such a wonderful and affordable crimper for small pins.
