Absolute Trash! Camera worked for a month or so but kept disconnecting. Each time it disconnected it needed to be set up from the beginning. Now unable to set it up again. Stuck at “waiting to connect prompt”. Don’t waste your money on this.

I bought this camera for our new pup about 2 months ago and i can honestly say its a great quality cam for the price! Furbo was way out of budget so we decided to try this one out and i was not disappointed. The quality & sound are amazing even at night! The treat dispenser also does it job with no problems. I would so recommend this over any other over priced doggy cam.

This works great and the image quality did not disappoint! Our dog is so lazy is what we learned. She is even a lazy treat finder. Lots of laughs. We had no idea she just sleeps in two spots. We found that you have to get the treat size just right. Too small and it shoots out a bunch of little pieces and crumbs. There can be improvement to the app. There seemed to be too many useless features and not enough useful ones. Such as you can only receive notifications of movement WITH barking. We only wanted to be notified when our dog barked, not the hundreds of times she moves. That being said the motion detection is very accurate - it really does know the difference between pet and human. The audio is nice, though not all dogs give a crap about your voice. They learn quickly it's all about when the treat flies out.

This was more for the wife, we had to leave our pets when we went on vacation, the wife loved being able to see them, talk to them and of course send treats.Only complaint- the hopper needs to be bigger, she was running out of treats almost daily so we had our house guest keep reloading it 🤣. It sucks leaving the pets behind but this definitely helps

This works great when I’m away from home for cat treats. It’s a little noisy, but that’s okay. It’s easy to set up. Sometimes it does stall out and you have to reset it, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it did the job and I didn’t have to subscribe to anything.

Our puppy has, we’ve figured out, anxiety when he knows we’re home but can’t see us. This is great to talk to him and give him commands and then be able to reward him for listening. I have puppy food in the container and it spits out two at a time when you either press manually or remotely from the app.It is easy to install and set up once you download the app. There is a great chart in the lid that allows you to measure the size of the food/treats you put in so that you avoid jamming troubles.There are so many options for you to explore like scheduling regular treat feedings, recording your voice with quick call/command/soothing, taking screenshots, recording in a 128gb Micro SD card, watching live and talking live to your pet.Angling the camera around the room has to be one of the best parts of this camera as well as motion detection! You can turn notifications on or off and so when we’re home and around we turn them off but at night and when we’re away we turn them back on.We have this high enough that hopefully our dogs don’t figure out what it actually does and try to get ALL the treats!! We will adapt when needed as we continue to experiment with what works.The night vision is awesome and helps so we can comfort our puppy when he can’t be with us at night.I think this is the same company that my stars bird feed is with even though it is a different app (but all the settings, set up, storage and upgrade options are the same). And I love all the settings they have to adjust what this camera does and can do to fit your needs! Get the SD card. It’s worth it to capture funny “camera nanny” moments when you’re away!

I loved this product! Literally took it out of he box and writhing 5 minutes I was connected and all set to go! Now I can be at work peacefully! Picture and video quality is great!!

I work late at nights and away from home, so i get to see my Dog Bojangles anytime I want clear across the country. I can also speak to my wife when she gets home from work too LOL! We both love it because we can both send him treats while at work and we also know when someone is at the door because BoJangles goes crazy and barks so it always triggers an alert to our phones when he starts barking. Really cool feature that the software app has. I bought this on sale and compared to a lot of the others that were advertised on Amazon I chose this 1. They all have mixed reviews some bad some good, but I think the majority of the issues people has is setting up the app and the camera together. If you are not tech savvy like my wife I can see how people would get frustrated but when I came home my wife explained to me she was unable to get it setup, so I read the instructions and was able to set it up in just about 3 minutes tops. I also am a tech savvy person who works in IT so I am sure that helped me being as I never have problems setting up network devices, such as routers and home internet so the camera was not hard at all. Another really nice feature it has is that you can share your account with someone so that they too can also check on on your house and dog if you are away. We were able to share with our daughter who can check in on our dogs since my wife is unable to use her phone at work. This camera dog treat dispenser is a really good product and we all love it. My Daughter also purchased 1 since she has a new dog at her apartment and she loves it. You can't go wrong with this dispenser, I would add that all you have to do is read the directions carefully and follow the steps. Setting up with you phone is super easy even for the not so tech savvy person if you are good with instructions. The instructions are not translated from chinese to english that would make it hard to decipher like other electronic devices advertised on Amazon. Not saying this was not made in China, because I am pretty sure 95% of the electronics we buy today come from China 1 way or another, but that the instructions were clearly written in English by someone English speaking. Just take your time and follow the instructions not to mention lots of youtube videos for this device and others like it exist to help. Anyway I love this camera dispenser and that is my 2 cents.
