I received this carrier today around 30 minutes ago so I haven't used it yet but I was so impressed when I took it out of the box and put my shih tzu in it that I had to write a review right away. I love love love it! The picture shows white and brown (well that's what it looks like to me) but it is actually beige and brown which is nice. It's nice and roomy for my 12 week old shih tzu who is about 6lbs. The side with the zipper has a tab that meets another tab on the bottom of the carrier and snaps to keep the mesh down when your pup wants to put their head out and see what's going on. There's a nice fleece padding on the bottom so it's comfortable and a pocket which is the length of the carrier on the back for storage. The handles are roomy enough to fit over your shoulder nicely or to loop through your arm and there is a leash holder inside for added safety. I put my baby in and she made herself comfortable right away. Very nice :)

Had to return this carrier because first, it was a tight squeeze for my eleven pound cat and second, it inexplicably had no top closure except for a skinny snap strap across the middle! My cat was having none of that nonsense and simply jumped out. The one satisfactory aspect was the return process, which was superb.
