I needed to replace an old outdoor halogen security light. This fit the bill perfectly. They are plastic but there may be some aluminum inside the light housing. I like that they are plastic because the ones I have to keep replacing have been aluminum housing. Also, the sealed light should be more weather proof. They are easy to install and all the necessary hardware is included. Two screws to mount the support to the box, 3 wire nuts, gasket, a mounting screw and a rubber tab to finsih the mounting hole.

As a big fan of daylight LEDs, I love the crisp, bright color output of this fixture compared to the yellowish light of some competitors. The integrated LED design allows for a compact installation, and the adjustable heads provide excellent light coverage around my garage. Replacing an older, yellow light LED fixture, this one makes a world of difference in brightness and range. The screws that come with it are horrible quality. One broke off completely while attaching the bracket to the electrical box and the other stripped so I couldn't attach it. The lighting is just hanging there. I had to get a new electrical box but since it was taking so long I got Panda Express for a late dinner because it is real close to the Lowe's where I got the electrical box. The guy who worked there was so rude. I ordered lo mein and it was disgusting, it was mostly cabbage with a little bit of noodles, they were out of orange chicken. Ugh 😟

This light fixture replaced an old unit with separate bulbs. The fixture has a more update look with the lights being integrated into the design as opposed to bulbs that you would buy separately. The 5000k color is perfect for lighting up a walkway on the side of the house. It's bright and was easy to install. The light heads have plenty of rotation adjustment to cover almost all angles. I did not notice any significant heat from the light housings when the lights are on.

Really great quality outdoor light fixture.Both lights swivel and can be pointed where you want them to go.Installation is the same as what you would expect from any hardwired light fixture. Someone with light home electrical experience should be able to do it, but novices would be best consulting an electrician.The build quality is good, strong reliable materials, mostly metal.This will make a great addition to my home’s exterior—would recommend.Hopefully you read the description and understand that this is not motion activated or scheduled, it is simply operated by an on-off switch.

It's safe to say that LED lighting has certainly come a long way since its inception. The power saving cost benefit alone makes it a worthwhile investment over time. Important thing to mention at this point is that this is a switched light meaning it isn't capable or made to add a motion sensor. Functions as it should ... Power on - power off. Thats all you get. But you get a lot of it. Oh, and btw, just thought I'd mention that these bulbs are built into the fixture, not screwed in as most and are not replaceable. Form what I have seen in the past of the performance and durability of LED lighting in general, that shouldn't be a problem imo.I installed this light where a much older single bulb incandescent light once was and the huge difference it made was literally night and day! I can see now all the way to the back fence, approx. 75 ft, whereas before I had to step outside with a flashlight to see that area.Installation was easy and no different than any other electrical fixture and came with all the hardware necessary that was needed. Overall, I like the small footprint and looks of this light especially since I didn't have room where this mount is located to put anything bigger that cast this much light.
