After a while the inside piece broke off but worked good until then. Maybe a different design would help

While I do like this product, I bought it to make Keto Friendly pasta. Given the compact nature it makes a very small batch, and most recipes on the internet make too much dough for this machine to handle. I just wished that I had purchased the non-compact version

After using this machine weekly for almost a year now, I can say that as a very seasoned cook, this is one of the best and most loved kitchen tools I've ever had! I make angel hair, spaghetti, lasagna, fettuccini and elbow pasta and they have all turned out perfectly AND delicious! I rarely use store-bought pasta these days, as homemade pasta from this machine taste so much better. It is a very easy to use machine, assembles & disassembles easily, and to clean the parts, I just leave soaking in warm soapy water for a while, then rinse off (other than one part that needs a bit of brushing). The machine is very compact, which was a definite need in my kitchen, since I had very little real estate left but wanted to keep it on my counter. GREAT PURCHASE & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I followed the recipe to make some noodles and got an immediate failure.

This is the greatest thing to happen to fresh pasta….. ever! It makes buying that dried tasteless pasta something of the past.

This has been so amazing for me, I can easily make “top ramen” within 15 minutes that tastes better and in bigger batches.I was nervous because I saw some complaints of dough issues but I think that has to do with users not weighing and instead relying solely on the measurement markings of the included cups. I initially made the mistake of adding “just a little bit extra” water when I thought my dough was too ‘crumbly’ or dry; but quickly learned - this is absolutely the consistency you want, as the machine then pressed and makes the pasta using this mixture. At one point I thought maybe I had acquired a tapeworm - nope - it was days of back-to-back noodle eating… two words for you: de - liciousI purchased the additional attachments which allow for angel hair and additional lasagna options but each piece comes apart easily and fits perfectly in the dishwasher.Highly recommend that you have a dishwasher and placement IN your dishwasher is KEY to making sure each item comes out nice and clean. The unit is incredibly slim and fits neatly in the counter or in a cabinet for storage.Main complaint: this produces small portions. Sometimes have to make two separate batches when making spaghetti or ramen and you’re cooking for two or more people. This can be good from the perspective that you can make multiple different types of pastas per person but plan accordingly if you want a pasta maker for a large meal.If you like yo men like you like yo noodle - THICC - then grab one of these asap.

Bought this for a family member and now I want my own. I use a scale to weigh ingredients. You just put everything in and 15 minutes later you have fresh pasta. In the time it takes to make a quick sauce, you have a delicious dish of pasta. The machine is very easy to clean although I would suggest getting to it right away as flour and water would harden quickly. We tried the all purpose flour, 1 egg and water recipe (included) and also the semolina, AP flour and water. The semolina had a much better taste.

I usually don't write review but I gotta go out of my way to write this and trust me I do not work or make money of this. This is awesome. Best thing I ever bought. I can make homemade fresh gluten free pasta in 15 minute. I was a little skeptical from reading some of the reviews that this pasta machine cannot make gluten free pasta. You have to weight all the dry ingredients and measure (ml) all the wet ingredient. Try this: 185g rice flour, 60g Tapioca Flour, 5g Xantham Gum, pinch of salt, 2 medium fresh farm eggs and water to =130mL (mixed this well and slowly pour in when the machine mixes the dry ingredient). I made 2 batches each time and never got it wrong. I also made buckwheat gluten free pasta using the same dry/wet ratio. The pasta was al dente in 7 minutes and the best I've ever tasted. Better than any restaurant. My husband couldn't even know it was gluten free. I will updated after a few months.
