Works great for marking where the hook bottom goes or nail to hang something. On large pictures will need another person on hand to remove the picture to mark with this tool.

Works for hanging my photos, no matter if they need 1 hook or 2. Easy to understand and use.

While this item is easy to use when hanging just one picture, it doesn’t make it any easier to use when trying to measure distances between pictures or marks. The reason for this is that the ruler has no numbers on it . Yes, both sides have short lines denoting inches and centimeters, with many smaller lines in between, but you’d need to be counting lines in order to find the distance you’re looking for. Very impractical in this sense. Printed numbers on the ruler would help immensely. Ended up returning this item.
