I am a side sleeper with wide shoulders. I thought this would help so i decided to purchase it . The pillow degraded in quality within the first week. Since then it has become exponentially worse. The cover has threads that pull and stick to your face kind of like spider webs. The cooling effect was dull. Very disappointing, especially with this price point. Would not recommend.

I love the regular pillow cube. So I “upgraded” to the cooling pillow because I sleep hot.The cooling did not work at all. Yes it was cool to touch but after about an hour I could not feel the difference between this one and my regular cube.The only reason why I gave 2 is because I love the original.The shape is great the quality is amazing but the filling bit is a joke.

This pillow isn't just soft, but cool every time I lay my head on it and gives me no neck and shoulder pain. The instruction card is also funny, which I find a good way to market something. Get this.

I absolutely love this pillow, it has made a huge difference in my sleep. The height of the pillow is exactly right for my frame, 5 ft 5 in tall. I took off one star because it does not cool at all; if you're going to buy the pillow, don't bother spending extra for the cooling. I've had cooling pillows in my past that actually do cool. This one does not.

My husband loves this pillow. He previously slept on a mountain of pillows. Nowhehas no neck pain and just raves about his cube pillow. A back sleeper that normally used 3 large pillows for support.

I’ve had the pillow for about.. two years now [don’t remember 100% when I got it but I’ll check] and I couldn’t switch off of the cube ever since I got it. Took me a week to get used to it but it grew on me. It’s really comfy, and it hasn’t lost its shape since then. Most of my old pillows have gotten flat or messed up over the years and I’m glad to say the cube hasn’t gotten to a state where its quality has gone down.I’ve read a lot of people who said the cooling effect doesn’t last long and I agree. It’s especially like this during the summer time when the temperature is 70 or higher. It’ll only last 5-15 minutes, and I have a rough time getting into a state of mind where I could fall asleep- so sometimes I’ll lay there for longer than 15 minutes to only be kept awake longer knowing the cooling effect disappears.I found what helps is getting a better pillow case, ones that do not retain heat from my head so easily and it improves the cooling effect of the cube- but it’ll only last for so long. Its effect will last longer when the room is cold, and that’s to be expected since it’s well.. colder.Overall I love this pillow, and I recommend it. It’s worth the buy if you’ve been wanting a pillow that’ll last longer than the typical pillow. The cube has kept its shape since then and I enjoy it. The cooling effect while not 100% efficient as they say it is, works. As for side sleepers, I’m one too so believe me- I know how it feels when you haven’t found the best one for you and I understand the hesitation. You’ll find the answer when you try it during your resting hours. It worked for me.

My husband loves this pillow! It's very firm yet molds to your body. He's tried many different pillows to replace his very worn out old faithful and this one did the trick!

I can’t believe it, but I haven’t had any shoulder or neck pain since I got this pillow. I’ve had it for a couple of months now. I got the 5 in. ice cube. My Blissy silk king size pillowcases fit over it perfectly, so I didn’t even need to buy other pillow cases. (I’m VERY particular about my pillow cases because I’m such a horrible sleeper.) I seem to wake up less and stay in one position longer with this, so I really think my sleep is improving. I’m very surprised because I like to flip my pillows, but with this one I haven’t needed to, though I can. It’s so nice to wake up without shoulder or neck pain, and I’m not waking up at night to re-adjust my position because of pain. I’m really surprised because I thought this might just be a gimmick. IT’S NOT. I EVEN TOOK IT WITH ME ON VACATION. Zero neck or shoulder pain! I sure hope this works for other people too!
