I was very excited to get this product for a Christmas gift for my sister. I gave it to her a little early so she could get her bulbs in. But when she used it my excitement turned to disappointment and then anger. The product does not work as described. It drills down about 2- 3” where the ground is very soft and then when the ground gets a little bit harder the tool just spins. It cannot drill into the dirt any further. Totally useless. I’m trying to return it but cannot do so since it’s a Christmas gift over the 30 days. Now I’m angry that I have to waste my time following up on this
