This set of graduated cylinders are intended for science students and are not up to professional use standards. The set includes three cylinders with virtually invisible graduations on two of them, and bright red, easily read on the remaining one. It has a one page manual, completely written in (I must presume) Chinese. No English or other language translation provided. This is a product probably intended for the native Chinese market - how it came to America is a mystery to me. It is cheaply made, and I'd say, nearly unusable, even for student use. I found lint sticking to the inside wall of the small cylinder, indicating that it was not cleaned before being assembled into the kit. The cylinders were not shrink wrapped together to keep them clean during shipment, and were simply dropped into the box they were shipped in with no packing to cushion them as they rattled around. These cylinders are not useful to me, and I don't recommend them. I'll give them 2 stars because the box they came in was secure and nicely illustrated the contents.

These are a cheap way to do buoyancy. They are not labeled well, so the kids used the method of weighing the displaced water rather than using the poorly done measurements on the side. This is pretty small, it is hard to tell from the photo but about six marbles fit in the small container.I cannot complain much because the cost is so low, and they should last for several years.
