Bought as a gift in the Spring sale for my football mad 11yr old.I was debating between these and the gps vest type of tracker. Went for these as the gps vest didn’t seem to get much different data to what he gets from his garmin watch. These promised a lot more interesting/fun info.I was a bit worried though as read some of the negative reviews - however, my experience so far has been good and they definitely give a much wider range of stats.It did take a few minutes setting up the account (there’s a little bit of back and forth, checking email accounts for codes etc and you DEFINITELY need to make sure you don’t lose the card that comes in the case as it has the activation key in it) and needed to charge them up before they were ready to go.The sensors fit easily into the straps and the straps fit snugly on his boots (make sure to get the right size - he is a narrow 8.5 UK so we used the medium size but will probably need to upsize in a year or so) - takes a bit of practice putting them over the studs (and if you’ve ever used ‘Laceezes’ you will be familiar with the ‘fun’ of pulling rubber over muddy boots!).So far they’ve recorded all of his training sessions and he loves checking to see if he has ‘beaten’ his previous scores. Having different stats for each foot is great as it’s really helping him focus on using both feet more.

I'm thrilled with the CITYPLAY Smart Soccer Tracker! It was super easy to set up, and my child loves wearing it during practice and games. I bought this to my 7 year old after his big brother got his and it turned out to be a great success.This is so much fun, and it gives them a great incentive to practice and improve their skills.

Broke after 2 months of playing with it. However, the company was kind enough to send a replacement, which is greatly appreciated. My son will continue using it during the practices and games.

These are really quite useless without the app which requires an annual subscription fee.I purchased these for my 10 year old - he loves his stats and everything about these, but I did not realize they were useless after the initial annual subscription unless we renewed for $160The app offers other content and videos, but that’s not something we need or engage in.The annual subscription expense feels excessive based on the cost of the playmakers themselves.If you would benefit from the other content and the subscription price doesn’t bother you, then they are worth it. Just not for us.

I bought this item for my 12 yr old. The package arrived and he was so excited. The package came on time however trying to set up the device is a pain. We have tried several times and constantly get error 52 trying to pair to the app. We reached out to customer support and have not heard anything as of yet. Still waiting.

2 capteurs achetés pour Noël pour mes 2 enfants de 8 et 11.Manques de stats pour le 8 ans sur les plateaux et entraînement.Bug de synchro 2x sur le 11 ans sur des entraînements et donc session foutue.Bref retour à l’envoyeur merci au revoir.

Absurdo tener que meter 2 códigos, recibir correos , registrarse con la tarjeta aún habiendo pagado previamente… para que el código no funcione, te haga perder la tarde entera y posteriormente, sin tener ni el código correcto y no haber podido ver ni la App, los sensores se vuelven locos y cada uno da luces distintas aún estando cargados….. es una basura cara. Por supuesto los devolvemos

Elevates and makes practice time so much more efficient and fun! My son gets to see his progress and what he needs to work on! It’s comfortable and does not bother during practice time. It’s really jumpstart getting your child from a mature to a strong player. Instead of wasting time doing the same things. You can work on technique and focus on the skills he’s missing and those that needs improvement.So glad I got this! Oh! And what’s amazing about it. I can share it with my kids! No need to buy multiple as long as your kids are in the same size.I’d definitely recommend this product to any mom that has kids who just love soccer, and want to get good at it.
