After spending many hours trying to setup the product it was deemed as dead on arrival from tech support at HP. We ordered a second phone and ran into the same issue, the second phone looked like it had been previously returned. I would not recommend this product

Had this phone for 3 months working without issue. One day arrived at business to see phone stuck on Poly logo. Multiple attempts to boot, factory reset, all fail. Can't get device to work. Warranty status ended in 2022, so no way to get a replacement. Will have to buy another phone.

As mentioned by some reviewers, the phone is difficult to set up. Refund is through the seller, and the seller will not fully refund you unless it is by some fault of the seller in which you have to prove.

I needed a physical device that would work with Google Voice and this one delivers that and more. Hands-free and illuminated keys are a nice touch.

I love this phone! It was a bit challenging figuring out the setup process but after reviewing online resources and then contacting my provider support team I was able to setup the phone within 15mins to receive SIP and place SIP calls. You are able to save contacts into the phone for speed dailing and I love being able to easily forward calls to my cell phone with a push of a single button when I am away from the desk. The sound quality on both ends are clear and HD. I did see options where the phone would allow you to boost your audio output but it's just perfect where default has it set at. Recommend for anyone needing a network deskphone for their home office or business. Recommend if you don't have POE connection to go ahead and buy a POE adaptor for this phone so you can set it up right away without having to wait.

I've owned and configured a large variety of VoIP ATAs and IP phones. The Poly Edge B series was designed as a "value-engineered" (reduce the cost of manufacture to sell at a lower price) alternative to the VVX x50 product series. In my informal testing and use, the sound quality and configuration via the embedded web GUI are very similar. The screen is the worst part. It is a very low-quality, 1980s vintage TN LCD. It's fine to display basic information, but you may need to change your viewing angle to read it clearly.I was able to configure the phone with two popular SIP ITSPs, Callcentric and VoIP.ms, and both work fine. This phone is also approved for the paid, business version of Google Voice for Google Workspace domain customers (and NOT for consumer Google Voice). In fact, if you're a GV for WS customer planning to purchase IP phones, you might as well get these instead of the considerably more expensive VVX series, since Google Voice only supports very basic calling features, that wouldn't suffer from a lesser display screen.
