This is a great little phone. Business users will know exactly what to do to get it on your network.Noobs should note, you are going to need PoE ethernet and a proper VoIP provider in order to make calls. If you're a home-worker, like me, you can get a PoE injector and connect via that to your home router.

So sometimes when I pick up it is still ringing and I have to flick the little plastic piece up manually to answer my phone. Also, if I am on the phone and another person calls it will not ring on my phone so I guess I am now allowed one call at a time and will miss all other calls. Lastly, people are starting to complain they hear static when talking to me. I would not recommend.

Overall a very good phone. Just noticed that the buttons are a little bit delayed in their response. Not the end of the world but that was the reason for the star deduction.
