I got 13 and they were in perfect shape, no scratches or wear. 2 of them had to be reset as there was a PW but easy peasy to reset to default with MAC address.

I got this Ip phone when it arrived it did not work sent it back for another one lets see if the next one works i keep you posted

this item was not in its manufacturer's box, someone had purchased it previously, took parts from the phone, damaged it and then returned it to the company. The phone is not operational. Had Spectrum technician look at it and parts of this phone are missing. It is not usable.

I had to pickup a set of replacement phones because my co-workers trashed the set that they had.These phones worked perfectly and integrated into our network without issue.Can you say hero.

Product came as advertised - except there was a short in one on the wall plugs. They immediately sent three replacements, once for each phone in the order. Amazing service.
