This phone looked like new. I updated the software, rebooted then set the provisioning server. Its working. I ordered another one.

This company sold me a non-working phone. I spent 6 months ordering and trying various power cables, POE cables, and even had a phone technician look at it. It would not turn on or work. It is nothing more than junk that never worked in the first place, and that's likely why they sold it without a power cord. The company refused to contact me when I complained, and no one has given me my money back, plus I have lost all money that I spent on power and POE cables and cords. It is a total loss because of this disreputable company (Triton Datacom Online, 2751 Commerce Center Way, Suite #400, Pembroke Park, FL 33023). Do not buy from these people. They sell junk that does not function.

Bought this because we transferred our business phone system to Zoom phone. I could not get it to connect as the password for set up was blocked and not provided. At Zoom recommendation I sent it back and am just using Zoom app on my desktop and iphone. Works great.

We tried out a few different models on our system as we integrated Microsoft teams. Ultimately this unit worked just fine. It does have a touchscreen but its smaller and does have the bluetooth and wifi. A step up to the 600's gets you the larger screen and more lines if you need them. Still a nice working phone especially for a smaller office or business that doesnt need everything fancy on top of that. Good buy and it worked. Easy to set up for non pro's like us.
