Amazing product! We had a stripped Allen screw in our concrete around our pool deck we couldn’t get out from the last winter holding our winter pool cover. We tried everything to get it out and couldn’t do it. We ordered this product and it was amazing!!! Simple to use! Easily took the old screw and sleeve!

Why would you pay more for this kit than some others on Amazon? Here's why I did: it includes two drills instead of one, it includes two taps instead of one, the sleeve is stainless steel and not aluminum, but most important, the insertion tool is stainless steel instead of aluminum! You can hammer on this insertion tool all day long and it won't become deformed like the aluminum tool will. In other words this kit will last a lot longer than the somewhat cheaper kits will.TIP (See photo): You can leave the threaded portion of the anchor on the puller allowing this assembly to be used to pull the remaining anchors without drilling and tapping each one individually.

I had some old pool cover anchors that would not recede into the ground so I got this kit to replace the damaged ones. I just tapped the new sleeves into the original holes and screwed down the new bolts (witch are slightly longer than my original ones). The installation process was straight forward (since I didn't need to drill new holes). They work as well as my old ones and with the slightly longer bolt, it made installing the pool cover "much" easier. For $25, it worth the money invested.I found it strange that the kit included an open ended wrench when the installation bolts are hex heads.

Instructions were not available with the unit, but a quick search online showed videos on how to use these. I have used tools like this in the past.It Worked perfect. I misplaced two anchors during an install and this popped them out quickly.

Drill bits wore out on one try and the threader wasn’t matching with the screw.

This is really easy to use. Use a drop or two of oil when cutting the threads and you won't have any problems.

This kit is based on the YouTube tutorials, but misses the mark in a number of ways.I ended up having to buy a proper tap set as the included ones would not properly bite into the brass. The ones from the tap set immediately did the job.The drill bits are okay, but not great. The wrench provided is useless because the included bolts actually use an Allen key to tighten, you can't do it with the included wrench. While the while thing eventually "worked" I needed to use and buy separate tools. You may as well just but it all from a hardware store and have better quality.
