It came with 8 legs and two boards, easy to cut to adjust size. Other then floating should work for what I need. I placed a rock on it and will more likely place other stuff on it too. I wonder if it only floats in saltwater or freshwater? It's in my case for a small quarantine tank. Floating it doesn't take much to pin it down. Overall happy with it. 4 stars is because it floats but an easy fix.
