How to Pop or Scan — iPhones
Pop to New iPhones
iPhone XR, XS, 11, 12, 13+
To share to newer iPhones, hold your Popl product near the very top back of their iPhone and tap until a push notification appears.
Important
If it is not working, have them lock their phone, then unlock it and try again. This always helps.
Popl iPhone iOS Screen Widgets
Home Screen Widget (for iOS 15+)
The Popl Home Screen widgets for iPhone iOS are the perfect way to share your QR code and various digital cards instantly without even opening the Popl app.
Lock Screen Widget (for iOS 16)
You can also share your digital business card and QR Code directly from your lock screen for instant sharing without unlocking your iPhone.
Pop to Older iPhones (6, 7, 8 or X)

If you tried everything and your Popl product is still not working, you can always use your Popl QR Code to share your profile!
Your personal QR code will work for any iPhone model. It can be found in the share tab at the bottom menu screen in the Popl app.
How to Pop or Scan — Androids
Pop to Androids
Androids with NFC (most phones)
To share to Androids, slide your Popl product across the middle back area of their phone until the web page appears
Your recipient must turn NFC on in settings in order to receive your info.
Important - Activate NFC
Make Sure NFC is Turned On in Settings
Unlike iPhones, Androids have the ability to turn NFC off in settings.
Before sharing to an Android, make sure the other person's NFC is turned on. To turn NFC on, search ‘NFC’ in the Android phone settings.

Your QR code can be found in the share tab at the bottom menu of your screen in the Popl app

This helps but not too easy on the customer to save your contact on their phone without them logging in and providing their info. I wish it was a simple save contact and go for customers

It is a great idea, just poorly played. It's very easy to use and set up, however, it will trigger on your phone almost constantly. I typically use dot products, and have never had this issue with them. Was hoping to switch to save some money, but you get what you pay for. Everything looks very well made, but I highly recommend going with dot over this brand.

With the Popl on you are unable to use most cases as it makes the phone more bulky. It would be nice if it were slimmer or if it were totally redesigned. I don’t like to use my phone without a protective case and this item is not useful to me at all.
