My speaking doesn’t work!! I try connecting with Bluetooth and everything else and I’m getting NO SOUND!! I’ll like a refund or a replacement please and thank you

I had tested this out using the XLR cord to plug into my controller and it worked good. But the next day I had a gig And try to plug it in the same way I did when it worked and it did not work again and I end up not using the speaker because of no sound what the XLR adapter. How embarrassing.

This PA system works exactly as I bought it for. The sound is loud and clear. It is not distorted. When playing music, the quality is decent. Yes, bass is a bit subdued but that's what you can get from such a small device. The microphones work and are clear without any distortion. OVerall I'm happy with the purchase.
