Unfortunately, after 4 months, one of the resistance band ends got disconnected thereby not providing any resistance. I tried to fix it myself but there wasn't much I can do about it.It would be nice if the broken band can be replaced or I can buy additional band so that I can keep using this product.

Saludos!

I really enjoy this product. I was never one for resistance bands and usually scoffed at them. But, this quarantine really made me think twice and broaden my horizons. I immediately began testing all parts of this out and it felt wonderful. I got a full body workout in. When I couple this with my kettlebell workouts or just regular bodyweight workouts I feel wonderful. The base is super light though and pulls a bit and can be seen as "floppy". Also, the resistance level doesn't really feel like much unless more is added on. Which is honestly fine, I purchased more resistance bands and it feels good and is activating the targeted muscle group that I am working on that day. Overall I would say this is worth the money. May need to purchase more resistance bands though if you have been working out previously. Also, it's good to remember that resistance bands are no substitute for free weights. Both are tools that activate the muscles differently. You may be stuck inside for a bit and these do great for a while, but if you are expecting the same results as you would with free weights then you'll be disappointed. If you are going in to get some muscle activation, a bit of strength, and up your workouts then this is a game changer if you don't want to go to the gym yet or just need something new to add to your routine!

The board should lock into place after setting up the straps before flipping it over. The locking nuts fall off, so you have to be careful when you flip the board. It's not smooth when using resistance straps and you have to keep adjusting for the right tension, so it takes time from the workout. The ab wheel is the best feature and the board doesn't hurt your knees. The push up bars should have a foam grip. They're too hard. The Fusion Motion board isn't easy to use because it takes too long to set up just to get the right tension. There should be a professional showing how to use the board to increase a more effective and basic workout routine. The manual is useless and inaccurate for showing exercise positioning if you're a novice. There's too many flaws, thus I can't recommend this for a home workout. This contraption reminds me of the Honeymooners episode when Ralph Kramden was selling the all purpose hand held can opener claiming it's useful for The Chef of the Future. I'll only use it in pinch if I've 2 hours to spare because I'll spend at least 10 minutes for a grand total of 60 minutes just setting up to do 6 basic upper body exercises. The P90X and 10 minute Tony Horton workout videos are superior to this great trickery of advertising for a portable home gym. Sorry guys.

Opened this up today and looked everything over and tried it out a little. Few things I noticed off the bat are:1-The red pucks that are used on the bottom to hold the strap in place do not lock as they tell you to do in the booklet along the pegs that are adjacent to the metal strips. See picutes.2-The fact the red rollers are there seemed nice, but don't think you're going to get a very smooth pull on the cables. The cables have a sheath over them for protection, but they are ruffled and you'll feel that when working out.3-Using the rolling wheel is nice, and it works. However, since you're not going vertical, the rollers don't come into play and you end up with a little friction, but nothing preventing you from doing the exercise.4-The booklet has some good instructions/pictures on how to do the exercises, however some aren't very clear and you can't tell if the person is holding the bar in front of or behind their head. If you look close though, there seems to be a black bar across half their head to indicate the bar goes in front of your head.I haven't done a lot on this machine, but these are some things out of the gate I wanted to mention for anyone looking into this unit. This doesn't mean it's no good, just some OCD observations.I'll update as I use it more and see if/how it holds up. My goal is to try and use this with the BodyBoss videos since there are none for this machine.

Love this machine so much. It’s made working out at home so much easier I love that it comes with workouts cause tbh I wouldn’t know how to actually work out on this if it didn’t come with those actual work outs. Literally they showYou multiple work outs for each body part, it’s pretty awesome. things I’d suggest to buyers.1) read the instructions throughly, esp. how to set up the different lengths for different work outs.2) practice the exercise first then try it with the bands.Things I didn’t like:1) I am 6ft & have long legs, some of the hip flexor workouts were impossible to do with the bands bc they were too long so I had to wrap the band twice around my legs to actually get tension and not be slapped in the face by the bands.2) a couple of the illustrations for the workouts were terrible, maybe having a multi view so you can see form. Other brands who sell similar products do this and even have videos to show how to do certain workouts.3) the bands are pretty good it would be nice to have an option for if you could purchase more stronger bands. Then I could continuously train my body with this machine long term.If you are stuck at home I would highly suggest this machine. If you work out consistently eventually you’ll need stronger bands, until then it’s an amazing product.
