This concept is fantastic. It pops up fast and is roomy for the space.The shower had a leak from manufactures plumbing and we had to cut into the floor from the bottom to fix it.The electrical made no sense and we had to buy another panel to wire it correctly.There are random leaks threw out that need attention periodically. We paid a lot more for ours, and the prices have gone down significantly since then. Fun but be prepared to do a lot of work to really make it livable.
