Was ready to trade off the car before finding this solution. Dramatically quiets the road noise. Running new Michelin tires (2 months) with the tires aligned, I have expectations this set will be able to be rotated and used as intended, instead of rear tires being damaged from poor alignment.Interesting note - gas mileage has worsened, losing about 5 mpg. Left wondering if the misalignment was on purpose by Honda.PS - the quieter drive / improved tire wear is worth losing the mpg.

The tightening-locking bolt to the major adjustment thread does not tighten or lock in place. After tightening down the screw, it still allows the major adjustment nut to spin freely. This is a major design flaw. It should tighten when screwed down tightly, but it did not. On a positive note, other parts of it seem to be decent quality.
