The quality is great. They have a nice satin sheen. Much more like hose than tights or leggings due to being a bit sheer. Overall, nice. My only issue is with sizing. I'm 5'6, 200lbs, in 6th month and they were an awful pain to get on for the Tall. They have extra length which could be pulled down past ankles. I wore them on a flight for my first use and my legs felt great. Minimal ankle swelling but my toes were more swollen than usual; probably because I pulled the end down.

I bought a medium the first time, based on the height and weight chart on the package. I'm 5'3" and was 145 lbs late in the second trimester. The compression felt great. However, the tights would not stay up. The belly part was too small to comfortably pull up, and if I folded it down, it felt to constricting at my hips. Either way it would slide down my hips. So I decided to try a larger size. The fit was much better! They were a bit too long, and would occasionally bunch at my knees, but stayed all day.

My other half has been using these during her pregnancy and gives them rave reviews. Comfy, fits perfectly over bump and has helped stop her aching legs.

Wore them today for the first time. They were very comfortable and my legs were not exhausted after a long day. I like the fact that I can wear sandals and support tights at the same time. I'm 21 weeks pregnant, 5'6", 170 lbs; I bought size Large, they fit just right but I'm slightly concerned they won't fit later on in the pregnancy. When the time comes I may have to try the Tall size and see if that gives me more room. I wish they would make navy and charcoal colors on the Large and Tall sizes - I would definitely try them.

I am 5'7" and pre preg 150lbs. Currently 25 weeks and 165 lbs. Purchase size large in brown. They fit well with noticeable compression without being uncomfortable. They stay in place well, but do need to be pulled up over belly on occasion...with my frequent bathroom trips this has to happen anyways. They are sheer and moderate weight. I wear under work clothes in A/C so they don't make me hot. They seem to be of good quality/durability. I have worn for a couple of days and washed/air dried once and they remain in new-like condition. They are a bit tight with first wear and were not easy to put on, but I suppose any full coverage compression garment is going to be like this. I have two concerns, 1. that I will be able to maneuver to get them on when my belly is bigger, and 2. that the belly panel will stretch to fit over my belly when I am end 3rd trimester. The only negative is the seam up the front belly panel shows through fitted clothes.

After the first 2 days, it had runs in the crotch and butt. After a month, there were huge holes all through out the back side and thighs, which caused it to not apply to appropriate pressure where I needed it. I loved the leggings style and thought they were comfortable, but that's the only reason it gets 2 stars. Very disappointed.

Terrible, the band was so tight on my belly that I could not breath all day and my reflux was 10 times worse, I felt that they were made for non pregnant women, there is no extra space for your belly. The leg part worked ok, but I could not tolerate them more than a few hours. And going to the bathroom to try to get them back in was way too time consuming! And I happen to need to go to the bathroom a lot while pregnant. Total waste of money. I would recommend you look for knee high instead of full length.

Item as described etc but having them footless when you are swollen in pregnancy just causes a bit tourniquet effect and massive dent at the ankle. Also, the photo shows it going over the bump- however they don't have any extra fabric or panel that would allow this to happen. Now I.m not pregnant any more I am wearing them but they are not fit for compression if you need it or for pregnancy. If I were reviewing footless tights for non pregnant people then would give it 4 stars. Of course they do compress but you need the feet including I think if you have any fluid at all.

It is VERY important to be aware that these are "Compression" tights. This means they are tight on purpose. Even so, they were so tight that I had to have my husband help me take them off! I literally could not bend over enough to get them off at my ankles they were so SO tight. I would never be able to wear these to work and take them down and up to use the ladies room several times a day. I fit right in the middle of the size range that I ordered so I assume that was not the problem. The color was true and the length was good. They were even slightly tighter on my bump than I liked. I returned them.

Did their job well! I suffered with a bad varicose vein while pregnant. It helped me no end to get on with my job as I stand all day ( hairdresser) and they were really comfy compared to other compression tights iv used, still in good condition now after 7 months of wearing them constantly, well worth the money if you are suffering a great deal,

I was 3 months pregnant with twins and having severe pelvic and upper leg pain. I could stand for no more than 2 minutes without severe pain and having to sit. I was devastated. I am a teacher and at the time I purchased these, my son was 18 months--standing, walking, and moving are mandatory parts of my day. I started wearing these tights, and suddenly I could make it through the day. The pain didn't completely go away, but it decreased to the point that I could function and was no longer in misery. I put them on immediately after I awoke and could immediately tell a difference.Yes, they are a hassle to put on--I could imagine a comedy skit about this, with me falling all over the place trying to get them up. And, honestly, by the time I was six months pregnant, they were too much of a hassle (tummy was just too big to wrestle with them) , but by that time the pain had almost gone away.As far as wear and tear, I washed them on the "hand wash" cycle. They did get a run towards the top after several washes, but I think that is because my ring snagged them. The good news is that the run didn't really spread.FYI--I am 5'11" and 4-month preg weight was about 170, and the tights are sufficiently long.
