There's absolutely zero chance this thing is 5000psi. We have a gas powered pressure washer that's 2500psi and it's MUCH stronger than this one. I ordered this just to have a quick, easy option for cleaning off the patio, but it doesn't even remove bird poop unless you just about touch it with the wand. This thing is going back.

Bought this one due to its high psi 4000 . However my gas unit with 3400psi is much stronger .

It's a nice, small, cheap low pressure, pressure washer. It will work,, may take a lot longer than a real pressure washer.

The good: For a little unit, the power washer has ample power and does a great jobThe bad: The soap dispenser is a joke...at the slightest turning/angling of the gun the soap dispenser falls completely off the gun..very frustrating. I will probably go the old fashioned way with a bucket of water and soap. Also, like almost all hose reels, this one does not work well. I will not use it and instead, I plan to simply coil the hose around the handle. Could have been 3 stars but I gave it 4 because of the price (ie, value)

I gave this two stars for for two reasons. One, although the unit worked, there was a continuous flow of water running from the bottom of the unit, (not the garden hose attachment).And two, I noticed the unit I received did not match the one I actually ordered. Really disappointed, because although it wasn't the same unit, I think it would have been fine it not for all the water pouring from the bottom.

I’ve used a 5000 psi pressure washer and this isn’t one. It’s decent for light jobs but my biggest complaint is the locking mechanism does not hold the high-pressure hose securely in place. It popped out multiple times while in use.
