These rolls of pre masked plastic sheet work great. The tape sticks to most surfaces. Very handy and make quick work of masking an area, a time saver. The only neg would probably be the the plastic sheeting is very thin and easy to catch on something and poke a hole in it, just a minor thing.

When this arrived I basically rolled my eyes because of how small it is. It wasn’t until I started prepping my bedroom to paint with a spray gun that I realized how much easier this film makes the entire process. The tape has pretty good adhesion, not a solid grip but about as strong as you want it to be to prevent peeling the paint from the trim. There were only a few spots that it had trouble sticking to, but I made it work. This is the first time I have used anything like this and I am not even an expert painter either. I kept accidentally allowing the sticky part to stick to the film and that was driving me crazy, but the film never ripped while separating it. It definitely took some trial and error for me to perfect the process.Once I got it down, I couldn’t believe how quickly I was able to drape the entire ceiling. I was surprised with how long the film was when completely unfolded and then ecstatic when I realized the film actually sticks to the ceiling without needing to tape it. I did use a little painters tape just being cautious, but it was really not necessary. I love this stuff and I am definitely now a lifetime customer of this. It probably saved me a couple hours.

I have been working on a kitchen product where I had to paint around some black cabinets. I had gone through the hassle of masking out the corners, but paint still splattered on a couple of them and they were not easy to clean. When I got this product, I was surprised by how well it worked. The blue plastic portion of the roll folds out far enough to cover a 36" cabinet with no problems. The fluorescent green tape adheres to both lumpy drywall and smooth melamine cabinets or granite countertops without breaking loose. It worked so much better than traditional masking.If you have ever tried using a plastic drop cloth that you taped down, you know it is a nightmare. It's hard to get the tape aligned correctly and then you have to unroll the plastic which is never easy. I usually just get frustrated and commit to cleaning up my mistakes after. This solves all those hassles really easily. Just make sure you have a pair of scissors to cut it when you get to where you want to stop masking. A razor blade didn't work so well (lots of folded layers of plastic), but scissors worked great.

The two most important features of this product are the tape and the bond of the tape to the plastic. I like the adhesion of this tape. It sticks to most surfaces, and it is removable too. It's strong enough to withstand some wind. And it holds tight. When it's time to remove, it seems to come off relatively easily. I use this masking film primarily for windows when spraying the exterior siding of a house, and this is a convenient way to cover a window. I have used the film that I can put on my masker, but using this film is just easier.I have had zero problems with the tape letting go of the film. It seems like it's bonded to the film and it won't ever be a worry. The quality of the tape itself is okay, it seems a bit thinner than standard masking tape. But after using this film, the tape never seemed to disappoint. The plastic film is very thin and when you're installing it, expect it to blow around in just about any wind. But I guess that I wouldn't want the film to be any thicker.Overall, this is a product that I will continue to use because of its ease of installation and reliable tape quality.

Prep is the worst part of painting and this product makes it a bit easier. It offered the protection I needed and was easy to apply. I would definitely buy this product again.

These are the best time saving way to paint a wall or something similar. I used these to paint my basement, and it saved me so much time when trying to protect the floors and keep the mess to a minimum. The tape sticks and leaves a crisp edge. No issues at all, and cleanup was a breeze. 10 out of 10.

This masking tape + plastic combo saves time when masking edges for painting. It allows you to more efficiently get everything covered up before your project work and the pricing is competitive with masking options at box stores. Adhesion is decent, but I noticed that it would loosen and potentially fail on glossy paints, especially in humid climates. Overall, highly recommend this.
