The PRISP Power Cage Dip Handles are compatible with 2.5 x 2.5 in uprights with 1-1/16 inch holes*. The handles are made of thick durable steel and their black coating provides long lasting protection. The handles are easy to insert and can be installed at any desired height, inside or outside the front and rear tubes of the power cage. Perfect for upper body workouts, the three different grip positions of these dip handles allow you to work different muscles using your bodyweight.
*Important: Only for posts that have holes in the front & back, not suitable for posts that only have side holes

Fits well on my Powertec rack. Only thing I wish was that there was padding on the handles but you if you wear gloves then it’s not an issue. Overall happy with my purchase.
