The absolute best product for set-in pet stains! I’ve purchased just about every single brand of carpet cleaner and I can guarantee this is one of the better ones! It’s not the best smelling solution and doesn’t leave a nice smell behind, but it does effectively remove all the bad smells. I use all the carpet cleaners I purchase with my carpet shampooer, so I can’t really speak on the effectiveness of using to pre-soak an area and if this use leaves a different smell. I’ve also found that even though I am diluting it and making it last longer, I am getting the same excellent results and saving a ton!

I use this with my Bissell and it has gotten dye pigment inks out of our carpet that were put there courtesy of our toddler. It doesn't get all stains out but most. It is a product I will definitely order again.

Beware using this cleaner!!!! I have pets and use a black light flashlight to check any areas that one of the dogs might have had an accident.I bought a gallon of this and used it on my first floor. There was only one little area that needed extra treatment, however, the next day I used the black light to check to see if I got the area cleaned...I was horrified to see the whole carpet now showed up in the light! I went around the house with the black light and wherever it dripped on the tile and wood floor showed up. I've just tried cleaning it with vinegar in my carpet cleaner hoping it removes the residue! Maybe, it's my carpet cleaner I don't know, but not using it again! You would never see it to the naked eye.

The blue stone is very pretty and the cut gives it a very nice sparkle. The tiny diamonds are barely visible; you need a magnifying glass to see them! Still it's a nice setting and I would buy it again.
