I previously bought 1 of these and it fit fine. However there are 4 of these on the FJ Cruiser serpentine belt. I bought an additional 2 of the same idler and the mounting hole is two large. The description says used on all 4 places but apparently the FJ uses different mounting hole size on 3 of the idler. This idler only fits the belt tensioner. The other idler require a smaller mounting hole.

This pulley is perfect, no squealing, the original lasted 216K. It's super easy to change out. I hope this lasts another 200K. So far so good.

More specifically this is a tensioner pulley, it will not fit the other idler pulleys in the 4.0. Got this as a backup for my 07 V6 Tacoma. No one else currently makes a tensioner pulley replacement, not even Toyota. The bearing has no manufacturer markings, indicating its a cheap Chinese made bearing. Good thing is that the bearing is a relatively common size and can be replaced, almost to the same price as the pulley, but will be more durable. The size is 17X40X17.5. This Febest pulley will be a backup as I put a Nachi bearing in the OEM pulley.
