High quality piece. My pipe in the wall was recessed too deep for included fittings because of the tiles surround. Contacted customer service and they sent me some more fittings that helped install. Don’t see how you could secure the bottom piece with screws to wall with my shower, but it was tight enough that as long as no one is pulling on the bottom, it should stay in place

I'm really a big Amazon fan, but the quality control needs attention. This item, sold and shipped by Amazon.ca (not a third party) was listed as "new" but arrived in a damaged box, greasy, obviously used, with small parts loose and scattered in the box, and the interior plumbing still wet.I don't know if the product is in working order or if parts are missing, so I have repackage it and send it back because I don't want to pay a plumber $200 for a job he might not be able to complete.Please just mark it as "used" and don't waste my time.

Excellent quality and love the features. Can adjust individually each of the 3 body spray jets - massaging spray, mist, or off by simply turning each spray head. Hand held shower sprayer has a nice weight to it and has 5 different settings. The top shower head has a good coverage. Diverter is at bottom of the bar and easily adjusts to use one or two of the functions. I adjust the diverter to use both the top shower and the 3 spray heads - water pressure and flow is maintained. Also adjust diverter to use top shower and hand held sprayer. Highly recommend this shower system!
